About Me
Hi, I’m Tim Plucinsky, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and California. I help clients work through anxiety, OCD, life transitions, performance pressure, relationship stress, and feeling stuck.
My Approach
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and have spent the past five years helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship struggles, and life's biggest transitions. My passion is helping people move from simply surviving to living with greater confidence, purpose, and peace.
I specialize in anxiety disorders because I know how exhausting it can be to feel trapped by fear, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, or the pressure to always have everything together. Whether you're struggling with OCD, panic attacks, perfectionism, performance anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you regain a sense of freedom and direction.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP, EMDR, and experiential approaches to create a treatment plan that fits you—not the other way around. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely understood while also challenging you to grow. Together, we'll build the skills and confidence you need to create meaningful, lasting change.
